How can I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped we will send you an email with a Track and Trace. Here you can see the status of your order and if necessary provide the delivery service with additional instructions.

How can I return my order?
The exchange or return of an order is very easy, this can be done in 2 steps.
Send within 30 days after receipt of your order an email to wecare@happysnoots.com in which you indicate that you want to exchange one or more products.
Deliver your package to the carrier of your choice. Your return will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel at our warehouse. You will receive an e-mail about this.
